Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The room was high-tech with multiple amenities, but noise and unpleasant smell impacted the stay. The service was excellent overall, offering a range of convenient options. The location was quiet and pleasant, although some overpriced elements were noted. Dining was a mix of high quality but expensive experiences. The hotel facilities were also superb.
I had a cozy and well-designed room with fantastic service that catered to my every whim. The location in the center of Palma couldn't be better, offering a lovely pool on the top floor. The dining experience was slightly overpriced and needed improvement, but the hotel is a great place to stay overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms turned out to be a little smaller than expected from the online pictures, and being located by the lift made it a bit noisy at times. However, the high-tech amenities like the Smart TV, electric blackout curtains, and Japanese-style toilet were impressive. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The location was wonderful for exploring Palma, although the small size might be a concern during busy times. The dining experience was a highlight, with exceptional food quality, but as a coffee lover, I found the coffee disappointing. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were equipped with high-tech amenities but were a bit noisy due to their location. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful. The location offered a nice walk into Palma but is a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was a highlight, although the coffee was subpar. The facilities were modern and convenient.
